(EEA) that are not deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection under Article 45 of GDPR (adequacy
decision). In such cases, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with the
GDPR to protect your personal data.
When we transfer your personal data to third parties, we always comply with the requirements of the GDPR.

The Company may share user’s personal data with third-party employers, recruiters, or other entities who are not registered on the Site but operate outside the Site. These third parties may have job vacancies that are similar or relevant to the user’s interests. Such sharing of personal data occurs strictly for the purpose of facilitating employment opportunities for the user.
In cases where the user has provided explicit and informed consent, the Company reserves the right to apply to similar or relevant job vacancies on behalf of the user. This consent is obtained as follows: after the user completes the apply form for a specific vacancy on the Site, he / she will be presented with an additional option to allow the Company to apply for other similar vacancies on his / her behalf. The user can manually select the specific companies with whom he / she is willing to share his / her personal data for the purpose of applying for a job. The user can do this by checking the boxes next to the companies that interest them. The user has full control over this selection process and can choose as many or as few companies as user likes. By selecting the relevant third parties, the user gives permission to the Company to submit his / her personal data to third-party employers, recruiters, or other entities with vacancies that match or are relevant to the user’s qualifications and interests.
The Company will only share the user's personal data with those third parties that have been explicitly selected by the user. If no companies are selected, the personal data will not be shared with any third-party employers, recruiters, or other entities beyond the initial application.
The scope of personal data that may be shared with selected third-party employers, recruiters, or other entities will correspond to the data provided by the user when applying to a vacancy on the Site.
